Contact our customer support team within 30 days of delivery to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and specific shipping instructions.

Prepare the Equipment

Disassemble the equipment if necessary and pack it securely in its original factory packaging, ensuring all hardware, manuals, and components are included.

Schedule Pickup or Drop-off

Affix the provided RMA label to the exterior of the box and coordinate with our freight partners for a scheduled pickup or drop the package at an authorized carrier location.

Inspection and Refund

Once our warehouse team verifies the item's condition and completeness, we will process your refund to the original payment method, minus any applicable restocking fees.
